RowCal manages assessment collection, expenses, reserve contributions, and budgeting in accordance with industry standards. Boards receive transparent monthly financial packages including income statements, balance sheets, bank reconciliations, and variance reporting. Our monthly reporting also includes a scanned image of every invoice paid, and the Association’s actual bank statements, so there’s complete insight for the board. Strong internal controls through strict segmentation of duties and payable checks and balances protect association funds and ensure accuracy.
