Monthly maintenance upkeep

Our Monthly Maintenance Upkeep option is a subscription-based service in which the same trusted tech arrives on a set day each month to handle minor repairs and upkeep – so you’ll always know when maintenance will be handled and by whom.

+ Cost & Coverage

This subscription-based service is billed at $845 per month, which covers:
- $100 worth of construction materials
- 7 hours of on-site labor, and all drive time
This convenient service makes budgeting easier for maintenance-heavy communities and helps eliminate fiscal surprises.

+ Other Details

Communities must sign up for 6 months of service per year, at a minimum. If hours are not used, they’ll roll over into the next month.
