RowCal Elevate is led by Amanda Kelzenberg and Eric Lewis, who bring focused leadership and operational experience to a management model built specifically for condominium and lifestyle communities that require a stronger, more tailored level of support.
Amanda Kelzenberg
Amanda Kelzenberg, AMS, joins the RowCal Elevate Condominiums and Lifestyle Division with more than 22 years of experience in property management. Her background spans a wide range of roles, including overseeing day-to-day operations across diverse property types such as apartments, condominiums, cooperatives, townhomes, commercial, and mixed-use communities.
Most recently, Amanda led a Twin Cities based team responsible for managing numerous urban condominium, townhome, and high-rise properties. She attributes her success to the guidance of exceptional mentors, decades of collaboration with high-performing teams, and the steadfast support of her family.
Amanda is an active member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and contributes her time to several volunteer committees.

Eric Lewis
Eric Lewis is a seasoned association management professional with more than 13 years of experience in the HOA industry. He has held progressive leadership roles, including Manager, Senior Manager, and Regional Director, and has spent the past eight years specializing in the oversight of condominium, mixed-use, and commercial communities. His approach is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring effective and efficient property operations.
Eric's career is grounded in a unique and practical foundation. Raised on a farm and experienced in construction, plumbing, and mechanical work, he developed an early understanding of building systems that continues to inform his work today. He later transitioned to the Twin Cities to pursue opportunities in finance and real estate management, where he combined technical expertise with financial acumen.
This diverse background enables Eric to evaluate complex building challenges, challenge assumptions, and implement solutions that drive strong physical and financial results. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to projects totaling nearly $100 million in value. He also brings extensive experience in association governance, risk mitigation, and long-term maintenance planning, with a consistent focus on aligning strategies with budgetary goals.
